VolunteerPing Privacy Policy

VolunteerPing collects contact details, church details, and launch-interest notes that visitors submit through the waitlist form. We use this information to follow up about product access, pricing, setup, and launch updates.

We also use privacy-friendly analytics, subject to cookie consent, to measure page views, click activity, scroll depth, outbound link usage, and waitlist conversions. We persist first-touch and latest-touch `utm_*` parameters when present so we can understand which campaigns or referrals led to signup activity.

VolunteerPing does not sell submitted personal information. Data may be processed by our infrastructure providers for hosting, analytics, and database storage strictly to operate the service.

To request deletion of submitted waitlist information, contact isaac.beckett@egbe.app from the same email address used for signup.
